These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials for the ‘Bulmers hundreds of music prizes’ promotion. Claim and entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by participating, all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 2. Eligibility: This promotion is open to ROI residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, its subsidiaries, other group companies, its agents, or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion including without limitation the Administrator. To be eligible to enter the draw, customers must have purchased one of the qualifying products (as defined in clause 3) from participating retailers across ROI. Maximum of 5 entries per person will be accepted across the registration period. Max 1 entry per day will be accepted. Additional entries that exceed this will be disqualified and any allocated prize will not be fulfilled. This will be monitored via the email address used upon entry.

4. How to participate: Customer must purchase qualifying Bulmers product during the promotional period and must register with the below details on www.bulmersprize.com by 15th September 2024 to enter.

a. 2 x standard general admission tickets to the Beyond the Pale festival.
b. Tickets are not for re-sale, cannot be auctioned, exchanged or redeemed for cash.
c. Winners and guests must be 21+ to attend the festival, valid ID must be presented for admission. Screenshots of any form of ID will not be accepted. In the event that an under 21 is selected for this prize, then the winner will receive one of the Marshall headphones or the speakers as an alternative. Prize does not include any travel or insurance costs associated with prize.
d. Winner must respond to email sent by the Administrator accepting their prize within 3 days, if a winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 3 days of the date of the prize confirmation email being sent or is ineligible, that winner will lose the right to claim the prize and the prize will be reallocated to the prize pool. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their email account, including SPAM and JUNK, during this time in case they are the winner. d. Winner must agree and consent to their full details (full name, email address and full postal address) to be passed onto the supplier to fulfil their prize.

6. Winning moments:
i. Marshall related prizes: The 200 prizes will be randomly distributed between Tuesday 28th May 2024 to Sunday 15th September 2024 (inclusive).
ii. Beyond the Pale Festival tickets: The 7 prizes will be randomly distributed between Tuesday 28th May 2024 to Monday 10th June 2024 (inclusive).
iii. Algorithm: Both prize pools will be set up via a winning moments mechanic by a secure, independently verified computer programme. The ‘moments’ are an exact time, randomly chosen by a computer – if you’re the first person to enter a promotional code at www.bulmersprize.com on or after one winning moment, you will be awarded the prize allocated to that winning moment. The winning moments for each day (and the prize-types allocated to those winning moments) are allocated across the hours in that day at random subject to due weighting to take account of anticipated rates of gameplay at different times of the day. There is a total of 207 winning moments available. If no entry is received at a particular winning moment, the prize from that winning moment will be rolled over into the next winning moment and be available to be won then. No guarantee all prizes will be won. All winning-moments and prize-type allocations to winning moments, have taken place in advance of the commencement of this promotion and are carried out under the Promoter’s audited procedures.
7. No cash or other alternative reward or prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar reward or prize of equal or greater value.
8. It is the responsibility of each participant to provide correct, up-to-date details when participating in the promotion and claiming their Reward. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for participants failing to supply accurate information which affects claim of their reward. The Promoter and the Administrator accept no responsibility for any claims that are incomplete, misdirected, illegible, corrupted, lost, damaged, delayed or fail to reach the Administrator and any such claims will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
10. Customers who make a claim on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. The Promoter and the Administrator reserve the right to reject those claims which it considers, in its absolute discretion, are fraudulent or invalid.
11. Claims (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Claims made by macros or other automated means (including systems which can be programmed to enter) and claims which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted.
12. Insofar as permitted by law, neither the Promoter nor the Administrator, nor its associated companies, will be responsible or liable to compensate participants, or accept any liability, for any personal loss, expense or damage in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the swim voucher or the fitness tracker except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law. Neither can they guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered when using the swim voucher or fitness tracker and cannot be held liable for any resulting personal loss or damage. Participants’ statutory rights are unaffected.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion, at any stage. The Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation which is caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. 14. The Promoter’s decision is final with regard to all promotional matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
16. The Promoter will make available prize winner’s surname and county of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting bulmersprize@tlcrewards.com. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so. You may request a copy of the winners’ details by emailing bulmersprize@tlcrewards.com.
17. Data Protection Notice: We process information about you in accordance with our privacy policy - Data Protection Statement | Bulmers. By registering and entering into the promotion, you consent to such processing, and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies rectified, by sending an email to GDPR@candcgroup.com. Data entered for competition purposes will be stored for three months after the promotion end date before being deleted.
18. This Promotion is administered by TLC Worldwide UK Ltd, incorporated and registered in England with company number 08443661 and whose registered office is at 54 Baker Street, London W1U 7BU on behalf of the Promoter.
19. The Administrator is responsible for fulfilling all prizes. Any data captured in the fulfilment of the promotion by the Administrator will only be used for validation of claims and for the fulfilment of the promotion, unless the consent of the participants has been obtained.
20. These Terms and Conditions and any question concerning the legal interpretation of these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of The Republic of Ireland. Any disputes must be referred to the Irish courts.
